software engineer at Wix, previously worked at a company without any defined code review process. When arriving at Wix had some “hard life” adjusting to a new situation where my peers giving me reviews on code I thought is fine, works and tested. During the last 1.5 years, I learned (and still learning) how to get feedback on my code, how to ask for one and how to learn from my mistakes in this process. And also, how to take this process in a right way, as a *code* review, not as a *personal* review.
