I am a multidisciplinary experience designer. Over the past 6 years, I worked with successful startups at the intersection of user experience and business analysis to create digital experiences that boost growth. This lead me to develop the “Retention Design” framework, a data-informed customer-centered approach to user activation and retention. My after/before/during work activities include speaking, writing (I publish a weekly newsletter and post on our blog: www.cxtlv.com/blog) and promoting women in UX as a core member of WE- Women Experience (previously XX+UX) community.
