I started using Java in its 1.0 release. 22 years later, I still spent most of my time on the JVM. My career spanned startups and corporates in Israel and London UK where I worked for 7 years at LMAX Ltd. and developed an obsession to testing, low latency in Java (and yes, also mechanical sympathy) I am architect at eBay during the week and a road cyclist on most weekends.
