Post Singular merger, I experienced first-hand working together on a project with an engineer from San Francisco (10 hour difference) for 6 months. Working remotely on an engineering project is kind of like maintaining a long distance relationship - it requires constant communication, effective calls, maintaining work-life balance and something to laugh about.
