Product managers should heavily rely on their team to make daily decisions in order to help them focus on the long-term strategy.

A product manager should involve their team in the discovery process and the ideation. It really doesn’t matter who makes the decisions as long as the decisions taken are the right ones and the right ideas are promoted.

In this talk, I will try to explain why it is important for the development team, how developers can benefit from such approach, and what in it for them.
