Soluto is made up of product teams, which are great for quickly delivering features and driving the product forward. This is also consistent with our core values of independence and responsibility. However, the focus of product teams sometimes makes it difficult to pay off tech-debt, improve non-functioning aspects of the system, and integrate the latest development tools and technologies.

Over the years, we attempted to tackle this problem in a variety of ways. In this session we'll learn about the various solutions that were tried (and failed) until we ended up with our current solution: platform teams.
